- Manufacture & repair equipment as per API 6A, 16A, 16C, 5CT and 7-1.
- Special fabrication & Machining of Valves, BOP test plugs, Wear Bushing, Tubing Hanger, LMVs, Running Retrieving Tools, etc. for OEMs like FMC, GE, Cameron, NOV etc.
- Refurbishing/ repair of wellhead equipment (Xmas Trees, Tubing/Casing Spools, Valves and BOPs) for various world known OEMs.
- Premium connections certified: Voestalpine Premium Connection (VAGT, VA Superior, VA Roughneck & VA Xplorer), and Grand Prideco Premium XT & HT Connection.
- Heavily invested in machine and tooling (CNC Vertical & horizontal Turning Lathes, CNC Horizontal & Vertical Milling, CNC Horizontal Boring Machines, Manual Horizontal turning Lathes).
- Access to over 100 qualified weld procedures for all types of materials and pre/post weld heating furnaces.
- Fronius Fully Automatic Cladding Machine with capability of welding through bore IDs with Inconel 625 overlay, Positioners with Semi-Automatic Sub-Arc Welding, Assorted collection of manual Sub-Arc & TIG welding machines.
- Pressure testing up to 30,000 PSI Hydro-test and 15,000 PSI Gas Testing.
- Coating services like Phosphating (Zinc and Manganese), Xylan (all types) and Everslik (all types).

- Demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements including ISO 9001, API spec Q1 and API Spec Q2.
- Manage and direct the implementation of the Quality Policy and Quality management system which is in compliance with the latest edition of ISO 9001, API Spec Q1, API Spec Q2, API Product Specification and continually improve its effectiveness.
- Ensure that all personnel understand and implement the Quality Policy and communicated it at all levels of the organization.
- Provide adequate resources and training to ensure the development and implementation of the Quality management System.
- Focusing on the emerging latest technologies in the industry & enhance MTQ facilities.
- Aim to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system by integrating MTQ’s Knowledge in Product & lessons learned, including processes and continual improvement of the system.
- In support of these goals, MTQ has established measurable Quality Objectives within each of the departments.
